This Privacy Policy describes how Andre D. Lopes Santos (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the Scripture Timeline mobile application (the “App”).
We have designed the App to collect as little personal information as possible. Please read this policy carefully.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifier in order to use it.
The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
Any data you create inside the App — such as reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, or personal notes — is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to us or to any third party.
If you uninstall the App, this locally stored data will be deleted from your device.
When you download or install the App, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store may automatically collect certain technical information (such as your device type, operating system, and download history). This collection is performed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies, not by us. We do not control or receive this information.
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not collect or process personal data, most rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data — do not apply, as we hold no such data about you.
If you believe this has changed or have a concern, you may contact us using the details below, or lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Portugal, this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD — https://www.cnpd.pt).
We do not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. California residents therefore have no personal information held by us to access, delete, or opt out of selling.
If we add features in the future that involve collecting personal data (for example, user accounts for sharing notes), we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, request your consent before enabling such features.
