This Privacy Policy describes how Andre D. Lopes Santos (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the PetMan mobile application (the “App”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting only the information necessary to provide you with a great experience. Please read this policy carefully.
When you sign in to the App, we collect the authentication credentials you provide (such as your email address or social login identifier). This information is processed by our backend service (hosted on Supabase) to create and manage your account.
With your permission, the App accesses your device location to show nearby veterinary clinics and animal parks. Location data is used in real time to display relevant results and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings.
Information you enter about your pets (name, breed, age, health records, etc.) is stored in our backend database and associated with your account so you can access it across devices.
If you subscribe to PetMan Pro, your purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase receipt to verify your subscription. We do not have access to your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.).
Certain preferences and authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage. This data is not accessible to other apps and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. When you delete your account, all associated data (pet profiles, health records, preferences) is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.
